DOBERMAN / PRIVACY NOTICE

Privacy Notice

Doberman Group Ltd uses necessary personal information to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage site safety, administer the business and meet legal obligations. This notice was reviewed on 4 October 2026.

Who we are

Doberman Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15573683. Registered Office: 66 Harpfield Road, Trent Vale, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 5QT. Contact Info@Doberman.co.uk or 020 4587 7266.

Information and purposes

We may use contact and role details, correspondence, quotations and orders, project and safety records, competence evidence, invoicing/payment details and relevant subcontractor information. We use them to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver work, manage safety and suppliers, administer payments/tax and satisfy legal, insurance and record-keeping requirements or establish and defend legal claims. Please do not send unnecessary health, identity or financial documents through a general enquiry.

Lawful basis and sources

Depending on the purpose, we rely on contract or requested pre-contract steps, legal obligation or legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. Information about a corporate client’s representative is usually used under legitimate interests. We identify any additional condition needed for sensitive information. Data normally comes from you, your organisation, the client/site team, suppliers, evidence provided to us or public business records.

Sharing and service providers

We share only what is necessary with relevant clients, suppliers, professional advisers, insurers, IT providers and authorities. We do not sell personal information. Online service providers may process technical information to operate and protect the website and communications. Some providers may process information outside the UK; applicable contracts and transfer safeguards must support that use. External links lead to services with their own privacy arrangements.

Retention and security

We retain records for the purpose and applicable legal, tax, insurance or contractual period. Core financial/VAT records are normally retained for at least six years; other records have different requirements. We restrict access, protect accounts/devices, independently verify bank-detail changes and remove information when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability depending on the circumstances. Send requests to Info@Doberman.co.uk. We respond within the applicable deadline, normally one month, and explain any lawful extension or restriction. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not intentionally make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

Website enquiries and updates

The website offers email and telephone contact. When you contact us, we use the information to respond and manage your enquiry. We review this notice when our processing, service providers or legal requirements change. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular use of your information.
